Creating an Account
ActiveSLR is free to use and offers three plans to match different team sizes and use cases. This page walks you through choosing a plan, completing registration, and verifying your account.
Choosing a plan
ActiveSLR has three plans:

All plans are free. The Explorer plan is the fastest way to get started for solo researchers. Scholar and Corporate plans support larger teams and unrestricted project creation.
Individual signup (Explorer and Scholar)
Go to the sign-up page
Navigate to the ActiveSLR sign-up page. You will be asked to choose between an individual and a corporate signup flow.
Enter your details
Provide your full name, email address, and a password. For Scholar accounts, enter your institution or organization name.
Verify your email
ActiveSLR sends a one-time password (OTP) to your email address. Enter the OTP on the verification screen to confirm your account. The OTP expires after a short window, so check your inbox promptly.
Complete your profile
Once verified, you are taken to the dashboard where you can create your first project.
If you do not receive the OTP email within a minute, check your spam folder. You can also request a new OTP from the verification screen.
Corporate signup
The corporate signup flow includes an additional document verification step to confirm your organization's commercial status.
Select corporate signup
On the sign-up page, choose the corporate signup option.
Enter organization details
Provide your company name, your name, and a work email address.
Upload verification documents
Upload the required business verification documents (such as a company registration certificate). These are reviewed by the ActiveSLR team before your account is activated.
Verify your email
As with individual signup, you will receive an OTP to your email. Enter it to confirm your email address.
Wait for account approval
Corporate accounts require manual review of your documents. You will receive an email notification once your account is approved and ready to use.
Document review for corporate accounts typically takes one to two business days. If you need immediate access for evaluation purposes, consider creating an Explorer account first.
Signing in
After your account is active, sign in with your email address. ActiveSLR uses an OTP-based login - enter your email, receive an OTP, and enter it to authenticate. There is no stored password to forget.
